Dr. Shtainer brings subspecialty-level knowledge to a broad range of urological conditions affecting male and female patients, as well as children. His clinical practice addresses:
- ^Prostate disorders, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer
- ^Kidney stone disease and management
- ^Urinary tract infections and bladder dysfunction
- ^Hematuria (blood in the urine) and voiding difficulties
- ^Male sexual health, including erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation
- ^Male infertility evaluation and treatment
- ^Urologic contributors to chronic back pain
Dr. Shtainer‘s clinical philosophy centers on precision — identifying the root cause of a condition before determining the most appropriate course of action. He favors conservative and integrative treatment strategies when the clinical picture supports them, reducing patient reliance on long-term pharmacological therapy. For patients requiring procedural care, he applies minimally invasive techniques and draws on a collaborative network of subspecialists, including uro-oncologists, urogynecologists, robotic surgeons, and stone and infertility specialists, to ensure each case receives the depth of expertise it demands.
